Add broth or chicken bouillon (2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water), soy sauce, turkey and seasoning if desired. Cook until thickened and thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes. BEEF OR CHICKEN CHOW MEIN Lana Verdonk 8 oz. Farkay steamed fried 1 ce sliced onion noodles 2 cans bean sprouts 1 ce bouillon 2 OZe mushrooms 1 ce Sliced meat of your 1 T. soy sauce choice, cooked 2T. oil 2 ce celery Heat oil, add meat, celery, onion, mushrooms, salt and soy sauce. Cook 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts, noodles and bouillon. Cover and cook 4 minutes.
