SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE een Bibion B rown 1 lbs. sausages. Drain. Add 2 tbsp. minced onion and 1 c. raw rice to the fat in the pan. B rown onion and rice and transfer to greased casserole. T op with sausages. Add salt, pepper and 1 tin consomme soup. Bake 30 min. at 350F. SAUSAGE & RICE BAKE | Bunty Lees 1-1/2 1b. pork link sausage 4-1/2 c. water Two 2-1/2 oz. pkg. dehydrated chicken 1c. diced celery noodle soup 1 c. uncooked rice 1 pimento, finely chopped 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, finely chopped Fry sausage and drain off fat. Heat water to boiling. Pour into frying pan over sausage. Stir in soup and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add vegetables and rice. Turn into 8x13" greased baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake at 300F for 1 hr. or until rice has absorbed all liquid. (serves 6 to 38).
