EGGS DIFFERENT 2°e: RiIk 4% tsp. salt % c. grated cheese Pepper 1 tbsp. butter 4 hard-boiled eggs 1 rounded tbsp. of cornstarch Bring milk to a boil in a double boiler. Add butter, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix the cornstarch with a little milk and stir in until smooth. Boil and shell the eggs; cut into 4 or 6 pieces and add to the milk mixture. Stir in gently. Serve hot on buttered toast. Serves 4. Boil all meat scraps together until it almost slips from the bones. Put into chopping bowl. Season with salt and pepper, sage and savory. Chop rather coarsely. Put back into kettle with just enough of the liquid in which it was boiled to prevent burning. Heat through thoroughly, mixing well together. Pour it into bowls.
