Add beaten egg yolks, milk, chicken, onion, raw Carrot and melted fat. Beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in a greased baking dish in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. Mrs. Cecil Cohoe HAMBURGER BISCUIT CASSEROLE 1 1/2 lb. nice ground beef 1 Tbsp. lard or salad oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 c. celery, chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper (optional) 1 can condensed tomato soup Brown beef and onion and celery in hot fat. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato soup. Pour into greased pan, 12 x 8 inches. Make a biscuit dough using: 3 c. sifted flour 4 Tbsp. shortening 3 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. milk Roll out 1/2 inch thick, cut with biscuit cutter. Place on top of meat mixture.
