Seal edges. Bake in a hot oven of 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35-40 minutes or until done. Una Peardon OLD ENGLISH PRESSED PUDDING Slices of bread with Crushed sweetened crusts removed berries or stewed fruit Line a pudding bowl with slices of bread first removing Geuets. Cover with a layer of your favorite berries, Sweetened, so juice is formed or use cooked fruits. Place slices of bread over this, then more fruit, and more slices, alternately until bowl is filled. Place a weighted saucer or plate on top, pressing down well on the pudding. Let stand overnight in ice box (or fridge). Juices will blend with bread and form a mold. Unmold and slice.
