But when the dust cleared and 4,000 high school students . and members of the public had cast their votes, UCFV Continuing Education was the clear winner of the “Best Booth” award. Assistant program director Mandy Watts couldn’t be happier, with both the award and the response to CE’s booth, even if she is a still recovering from losing her voice from talking to so many participants. It probably helped that both the Baker and Chef Training program were represented ‘through demonstrations and samples, says Watts.
