WASH DAY PUDDING (Continued)

1c. flour 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. Northern Dairies milk
l egg (approximately)

In a saucepan pour boiling water over ingredients and
bring to a boil. Pour into a baking dish. Mix batter ingredients
until smooth and pour into sauce. Bake at 450 degrees for 20
minutes.

ANGEL CAKE
Bake 1 angel cake according to mix. When cool slice into
3 layers. Mix 1 package (large) lemon pie filling and spread
each layer with filling. Beat Northern Dairies whipping cream
until stiff and add leftover lemon filling and cover top and sides
of cake. Refrigerate.

CHEESE CAKE
1. Mix and let cool, but not set:

1 pkg. lemon jello 1 c. hot water

2. Mix together:

1/4 c. Northern Dairies 1) Tbsp.icing sugar
butter or margarine, 40 single graham wafers,
melted crushed

3. Cream together:

1 large pkg. Philadelphia 1/2 c. white sugar
cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla

4. Beat until stiff 1 can Alpha Homo milk (ice cold).

5. Add 1, 3 and 4 together and mix well. Add 1 can
crushed pineapple, drained.

6. Line bottom of cake pans with cracker mix, saving
1/4 for the top. Spread #5 mixture on top then sprinkle reserved
wafer crumbs on top of that. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve
cut into squares with cherry on top. This makes two 8 inch
Square cake tins.
