One glass Apricot Brandy, 1 glass of Bacardi Rum, 1 glass
of lemon juice, 1 glass of Grenadine. For one to two persons.

VANCOUVER JUBILEE
One glass Dry Gin, 4 glass Cognac, 1 glass pineapple juice,
1 glass orange juice and 1 glass syrup. White of 1 egg, ice. Shake.

WHISKY MAC

One jigger Scotch, 1 jigger best Ginger Wine, dash Angostura
Bitters, small piece of ice. Serve it straight in pony glass.—Tich

WHISKY COCKTAIL

Put % whisky, 4 French Vermouth, and % of strained orange
juice into the shaker with ice. Shake well and serve with a stone
olive in each glass. —Rookie

VELDT COCKTAIL (A Smooth and Tasty Cocktail)

Mix a good quality Gin with South African Muscatel—half
and half. No Vermouth or any other ingredient.

Also as a change, half and half Muscatel and Gin, adding a
very slight touch of Angostura Bitters. —Charles Dawson
