(a) When ready to bake rolls should be to top of pan or slightly higher. (b) Place rolls in preheated oven of 375 degrees F. (moderately hot) and bake for 20 minutes. Remove tin. Serve buns warm or cold. Cover with dampened cloth and let rise at warm room tempera- ture (75 to 85 degrees F.) until doubled in bulk or about 2 hours. Place rack over sheet of waxed paper. Remove buns from oven and turn pan upside down on rack. Leave for one minute so butterscotch mixture will run down over each roll.
