HAWAIN SAUCE: © : Saute sliced green pepper & chopped onion in shortening. Add Sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar & juice from pine- | apple, Cook until thickened. Broil fillets according to directions on package. Three minutes before fish is cooked, place pineapple rings along side fish & finish broiling. Serve on heated platter with pineapple rings.
