Using muffin tins; put 1 teaspoon melted fat in each muffin tin; heat well. (Oven, 450 degrees.) Pour in mixture about 1/2 full. Bake in hot oven. Makes 1 dozen. Fraser Valley butter 2¢€. diced cooked lamb 1/4 c. flour few raisins 1/2 tsp. salt chopped apple cooked noodles or rice ‘Saute mushrooms and onions in butter; blend in flour, salt and milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add curry powder and diced left-over lamb plus a few raisins and a little chopped apple if you like. Reheat slowly and serve with cooked noodles or rice with chutney on the side. Serves 4 to 6.
