Banana Nut Minute Tapioca 4 tablespoons Minute Tapioca 1 egg yolk, well beaten 4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons lemon juice cups hot water 2 bananas, slice 24 cup sugar V4 cup salted peanuts, coarsely cut 1 egg white, stiffly beaten Add Minute Tapioca and salt to water, and cook in double boiler 15 minutes, or until tapioca is clear, stirring frequently.
