Spears CHICKEN MUFFINS 22 c, pastry flour OR 4 tsp. baking powder 2 ce all-purpose flour 1/3 c. milk 1 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 4 tsp. salt +c. melted shortening 1 can of cream of chicken soup Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, making 2 well in the centre. Combine soup, milk, egg and shortening and pour into flour well. Stir until just mixed. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. : , Pouline Beech
