tive values ef Fish, and are eager to try various methods
of preparation. There will be housekeepers who will have
equally good receipes. We wouid appreciate any new
ideas or suggestions regarding the preparation and_ the
cooking of this class of fish.

BONELESS SALT CODFISH is prepared by Robin,
Jones & Whitman, Limited, Lunenburg, N. S. and packed
under Brand names of “HALIFAX” and “ACADIA.”
The best grades of Codfish are ebtained and are carefully
handled; cured only with pure Salt so as te preserve the
natural qualities of the Fish; and are sent to the consum-
ers as near as possible in the possession of the properties
they contain when taken from the ocean.
