1 can hagle eyed Condensed Milk

2 eggs : | 1 tsp. salt
3/h or 1 cw winegar 1 tsp. dry mustard

SALAD DRESSING

1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. mustard
2 heaping tsp. cornstarch 2 ergs
3 1c white sugar 3/h c. vinegar

1; Cc. water

Cook in a double boiler.

SkTAD DRESSING

Put the following ingredients in a heavy
aluminium pot or double boiler so it will not scorch;

1c. vinegar lh eggs
L tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. suger 2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

1/l c. water added if it is too thick.

Beat with an egg beater the full time it is
cooking until it thickens. Thin with sour or sweet
cream to right consistency for use.
