When cooled to luke- warm add the dissolved yeast and one and one-half cups flour. Allow to stand well covered in moderately warm place over night, or, if sponge is set in morning, let stand until light. Add flour enough to knead. Let rise again until double in bulk, then cut down and knead slightly. Butter muffin rings and place three small balls of dough in each ring. Let rise until double in bulk, brush over. with melted butter and bake in hot oven. Page 14
