Mix all ingredients lightly together; chill well. Serve on leaf of lettuce as a salad or in Sherbet glasses. Nice with hot biscuits as a change from sandwiches in the evening or luncheon. Chill af least 4 or 5 hours or overnight. CRUNCHY SHRIMP SALAD C. Dalzell 4-1/2 oz. can shrimp 1 Tbsp. chili sauce Ice water 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed 2 Tbsps. lemon juice Salad greens 1/4 c. diced celery 6 or 8 cherry tomatoes 1/4 c. sliced almonds 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing Drain shrimp and cover with ice water. Stir in lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Drain. Fold together Shrimps, celery and almonds. Blend mayonnaise; chili sauce and dill. Fold into shrimp mixture.
