Instead of finishing “In the red" as have many other districts, the “Milb Town" shows an appreciation of assets of a valuation of over $2,000 —in 1931 the assets were listed at $20,500; on December 31st last the Corporation set a valuation upon the municipal estate of $22,854.82, ac- cording to the annual financial re- port, audited by Mr. N, Hill, The park and swimming pool are valued at $2,191.00 in the report, Liabilities are comparatively light —only $268.
