= 46 2 BANANA DELIGHT Mix the following and put in pan, keeping some for topping: 2% cups rolled graham wafers % cup melted butter. Mix real good and bake a few minutes until light brown. Cool. Beat the following together and spread on the above mixture; 1 egg white 1% cups icing sugar 4 cup butter Then whip 1 or 1% cups sweet cream, then add 3 large bananas thinly sliced and put on top of the mixture in pan. Place in a deep bowl and cover with milk. Bread should stand in milk for 2 hours. Beat 2 eggs add 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar, depending on sweetness of bread, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Wash % cup raisins and add, mix well and put in buttered baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 45 min. This may be served with your favorite sauce or cream.
