Add sugar and pinch of salt making sure to blend well. Mix in enough cocoanut to make it thick enough to drop from spoon. Line each muffin tin with pastry. Drop a little jam size of raspberry into each pan and fill with cocoanut mixture. Bake in very hot oven. Mima Smith GOOD PASTRY 4+ lb. lard 1 tsp. salt 4 ce boiling water 3 ce bread flour, sifted Break up lard in bowl, pour boiling water over and beat quickly with wooden spoon until fluffy.
