FINGER LICKEN CHICKEN DELIGHT 1 214 lb. chicken 14 teaspoon sage 1 can whole mushrooms 14, teaspoon Ac’cent 14, cup “Bar-B-Que Sauce’”’ 14, teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons flour dash of pepper 14, teaspoon poultry seasoning Combine dry ingredients. Put in paper bag. Cut chicken into serving portions, put into bag of dry ingredients and shake well to coat chicken. Put into skillet or casserole and cover. Bake at 400° in oven for 1 hour. Uncover, baste well with “Bar-B-Que Sauce”, add a can of drained whole mushrooms. Put back in oven uncovered for 20 minutes to brown or until crisp.
