JELLIED VEGETABLE SALAD

1 pkg. lime jelly powder ‘% cup diced celery
1 cup shredded carrots % cup cooked peas

Dissolve jelly powder in a cup of boiling water.
Then add 1 cup cold water. Put in refrigerator
to partially set. Add all vegetables and finish
setting.

JELLED FRUIT COCKTAIL

4 oZe pkg. lime jelly powder
1 can fruit cocktail

Drain fruit cocktail and add enough cold water
to make 1 cup. Dissolve jelly powder in 1 cup
boiling water. Add fruit, juice and cold water.
Chill til set.

SALAD DRESSING

4 tbsp. sugar lL cup milk

1 tbsp. flour % cup cream

Le tep. salt % cup vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard 2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients, add milk and eggs, and
lastly vinegar, stirring constantly. Cook in
double boiler until thick.

COLE SLAW DRESSING

% cup salad oil % tsp. paprika

2 tbsp. sugar dash Worcester sauce
dash white pepper % cup catsup

juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp. salt

pinch dry mustard "4 cup vinegar

Shake all ingredients together. It will separate

so Shake before using.
