Sift together flour, spices and baking powder. Add baking soda to tomato soup and add alternately with sifted ingredients to first mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Remove from stove as soon as mixed. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating until thoroghly mixed between the addition of each egg. Drop by spoonfuls on a buttered sheet, 1%'' apart. Bake ¥% hour at 325 degrees. When cool, make a cut in each, large enough to admit cream filling.
