Catalina Brand 1 - 8 3/4 oz. can pineapple French Dressing tidbits, drained 8 hamburger buns, split, toasted Combine luncheon meat, baked beans, pineapple, green peppers and dressing in a skillet, simmer 10 minutes. Spoon mixture onto bottom half of bun; serve with top half of bun. 8 sandwiches. BEEF AND BEAN SPROUTS Kathy Harding 1ib. ground beef 1 pkg. thawed peas 2c. chopped celery 1 pkg. bean sprouts 1 can mushroom soup 1 small onion, chopped 1c. crushed potato chips 1 pkg. Chow Mein noodles Salt and pepper Brown beef in skillet. Turn into buttered casserole. Add peas, celery, and bean sprouts. Combine soup and seasoning and onion. Pour into casserole. Put crushed potato chips and Chow Mein noodles on top. Bake - covered - for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. This is a real family favorite, somewhat like Chinese food. -- K. Harding. Rick Harding.
