Add butter, let boil, 1 minute longer. Let stand until almost luke- warm, add flavoring and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into buttered tin, mark in squares, let stand until firm and dry. * LEMON ICE 3 cups water 1 cup sugar l4 cup Rogers’ Golden Syrup 34 cup lemon juice Make a syrup by boiling sugar, Rogers’ Golden Syrup and water for 5 minutes.
