= 90% ORANGE PECAN DROP COOKIES 3 cups sifted flour 2 eggs, well beaten 3 tsp. baking powder 1 cup finely chopped pecans | 3/46: cape eet 3 tsp. grated orange rind 1 cup margarine 1/3 cup orange juice 1% cups sugar | Preheat oven to 400°. sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream margarine. Add sugar gradually. Continue to beat until light. Add eggs; blend thoroughly. Stir in nuts and orange rind. Add sifted dry ingredients alter- nately with orange juice. Drop by teaspoonsfull 2 or 3 inches apart on a well greased baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven about 8-10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
