BAKED NOODLE DELIGHT - Mrs. Fred Wagner Temperature 350° for 1 hour 21/2 ¢ ary noodles T/4 ¢ mushrooms lt/Z pkg frozem peas 1 1/2 ths butter or margarine 4: hard cooked eggs 1 carn mushroom soup 1: diced pimentio 3/4 ¢ migk I tsp salt Cook noodles in salted water until tender, drain and wash. Cook peas according to dimections om box, Dice three of the eggs. Put cooked noodles, peas, diced eggs, finely: chopped pimento, mushrooms and small pieces of butter into greased casserole in Layers starting and finishing with noodles, Mix mushroom soup, milk and salt together and pour over top. When cooked slice other egg and put on top for garnish. Parsley on paprika may’ be wsed for garnish too. Serves 6
