All Bran Muffins (Keeps 1 month) cups white sugar cup margarine T. soda T. salt cups boiling water cups bran flakes cups All Bran qt. buttermilk cups flour cups raisins eggs Pour boiling water over All Bran, let stand. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and moist mixture. Sift dry ingredients into mixture. Mix well then add Bran flakes and raisins. Add buttermilk slowly, mix well. Bake 15-20 mins. 400 deg. F. RNOOa—N PD — |W — Refrigerator Bran Muffins 3 cups whole bran cereal 1 cup raisins 1 cup boiling water 2/2 t. soda 2 eggs slightly beaten “| Wy toon Y2 cup molasses 1 cup sugar %2 cup salad oil 2 cups buttermilk Pour boiling water over bran in a large bowl, stir to moisten evenly. Allow to cool. Add eggs, molasses, buttermilk, salad oil and raisins. Blend well. Stir together soda, salt, sugar and flour then stir into bran mixture.
