CHOCOLATE CHERRY ROLL
Y2 pkg. chocolate chippits 1 cup nuts (optional)
2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla
] cup icing sugar 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 egg, well beaten Y2 cup maraschino cherries halved

Melt chippits, butter and add remaining ingredients. No
further cooking is required. Roll in waxed paper, sprinkle with icing
sugar and place in refrigerator. Slice when well chilled.

STRAWBERRY CONFECTION

1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup dessicated coconut (8 ounces)
2 packages strawberry jelly powder

Mix all ingredients together. Form with hands into balls and
shape as “strawberries” or as hearts for Valentines. Roll in jelly
powder (2nd package) and allow to stand until set. Other jelly
powders may be used for a different color and shape of confection.
