INTRODUCTION

The South Kelowna Womens' Auxiliary to
Parks & Recreation Committee was formed
in January, 1968. The Auxiliary has had
many fund raising campaigns in an effort
to help build the recreation centre in
the South Kelowna Community Park.

The latest fund raising project is this
Centennial Cook Book made up of recipes
contributed by members of the community
who are interested in Parks & Recreation.
It is the sincere wish of the Womens'
Auxiliary that this cook book will prove
useful in the coming years as well as
being a constant reminder of friends and
neighbours in South Kelowna.
