Add ground I beef and brown well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice. SKILLET SUPPER Margie Gemser | 1 1b. ground beef 1/2 tspe salt | 1 T. cooking oil 1/8 tspe pepper } 1/2 ce chopped celery Dash of chili powder | 1/2 ce chopped onion 2 T. ketchup : 1/2 ce chopped carrot 1/2 tspe Worcestershire sauce 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained 1/2 ce rice, uncooked Brown ground beef in oil. Add celery, onion and carrot. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix all together. Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
