q : i 5 zi - aes - ———— s = —=— 5 NO-KNEADING BREAD ROLLS 1 cake Fleischman's 2 tbsp. sugar yeast 1 c. boiling water 4% c. lukewarm water 1 egg % c. shortening ec. Fleur 14% tsp. salt Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Place shortening, salt and sugar in a separate bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until ingredients are dissolved. When lukewarn, add yeast. Add the beaten egg. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Grease a large bowl. Place dough in it and cover. Let rise until doubled. Make into rolls and bake in muffin tins if wished. Let rise for 2 hours in a warm place. Bake in a hot oven of 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
