Mrs. Norman Swaney PEACH PARTY CAKE 2 pkg. lemon jello — lc. hot canned peach syrup 3/4tsp. salt 11/2 c. drained canned 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento peaches 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese salad greens 1 1/2 tsp. grated onion Dissolve jello and 1/4 teaspoon salt in hot syrup and fromit juice. Cool until slightly thickened. Arrange peaches _ and’ pimento in bottom of oiled 9x5 x3 inch loaf pan and cover with half the jello mixture. Chill until firm. Add the sugar and cream well. Add the -flour sifted with 2 teaspoons of baking powder and the salt. Add the flavoring, and last of all the cold water. Bake in moderate oven in a rather small pan or paper cups. [f using _ sour cream use 1/8 teaspoon soda with the baking powder.
