Remove grease. Mix rice, hamburger, and onions in fry pan. Cover with tomato juice and simmer until rice is cooked. Don't let this boil dry. If necessary, add more juice or water. You may use your own choice of seasoning. Cooks in about 1/2 hour. EVERYTHING CASSEROLE Carole Brakstad 1 green pepper 1 lb. ground beef 2 Tbsp. salad oil : 1/2 lb. sharp cheese 1 small onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic (grated) 1/2 c. stuffed olives 1/2 c. ripe olives 1/4 lb. noodles (cooked) 14 oz. can kernel corn 20 oz. can tomatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Grease casserole. Cook noodles separate and drain. Saute green pepper and beef in heated oil in fry pan until lightly brown. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Spoon into casserole one layer of meat and one layer of noodles, and then put grated cheese on noodles and repeat this until you have desired layers in casserole.
