Chicken Chunks and Mixed Vegetables 1/2 pound breast of chicken cut in one-inch cubes Marinate in: 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspcon monosodium glutamate 1/2 teaspoon sugar Batter: 1 egg, beaten 2 teaspoons flour sprinkle of salt 1 teaspoon water Dip the chicken in batter and deep fry in a quarter cup of oil. Vegetables: 1 mediunvsized cooking onion, sliced 2 sprigs green onions cut in 1/2 inch lengths 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts 3 stalks celery sliced 1 sreen pepper sliced 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced (optional) Saute above ingredients in hot skillet with 2 tablesboons oil for five minutes.
