SAUSAGE STRATA - Irene Geskell
Temperature 350° for 25 to 30 minutes

6 slices bread I i/2 ¢ milk

1: lt pork sausage 3/4 ¢ light cream

lL tsp prepared mustand 1/2 tsp salt

I ¢ shredded Swiss cheese 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs: slightly beaten Dash pepper and nutmeg

Trim ¢rusts. from bread and arrange in greased casserole.
Browi sausege and drain off all excess fat. Stir in mustard.
Spoon sausage evenly over bread and sprinkle with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake
till fluffy and set. Trim with parsley and serve immediately,
