NO-BAKING DELIGHT SLICES Whole graham crackers 3/4 lb. fine coconut 1 tin sweetened condensed milk rind of 1 lemon lemon juice lemon extract icing sugar 1 .tbhsp. butter Line bottom of 12 x 8 inch cake pan with whole graham crackers. Mix to- gether the milk, coconut, rind of 1 lemon. Spread over wafers. Cover with another layer of whole wafers. Make icing with butter and icing sugar, using lemon juice to moisten to spreading consistency. Flavour with extract. Spread over wafers. Chill. Sprinkle with colored coco nut. Cut into diamonds or fingers. - Betty Hardcastle. FUDGE BARS Melt 2 squares chocolate over hot water. Add 1 can sweet condensed milk, 1 cup rolled costs, 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. Mix well. Pack into greased baking pan and bake 350° 18 mimites.
