HEAVENLY RICE PUDDING cups cold cooked rice Ys cup chopped maraschino cup Tropic Isle Sweetened cherries Medium Coconut 1 cup heavy cream whipped cup crushed pineapple 2 tablespoons lemon juice (well drained) 2 cup sifted icing sugar cup finely chopped nuts Combine rice, coconut, crushed pineapple, nuts and cherries in a bowl. Whip the cream, add lemon juice and sugar. Fold this mixture into the first mixture. Then spoon into serving dishes. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry topping.
