Spread between slices of white or whole wheat bread, or on small single slices of bread cut in fancy shapes and garnish with pimiento, sliced olives, parsley, green pepper or paprika. a Combine hard-cooked eggs: — sliced with salad dressing, diced celery and curry powder; oregano or rosemary; — chopped with salad dressing and/or chili sauce; — chopped with ground corned beef, salad dressing and onion; — chopped with pickle, olives, celery or nuts and salad dressing; — chopped with drained, crushed pineapple, chopped green pepper and salad dressing; — chopped with ground bologna or weiners, ground raw carrot, onion and salad dressing; — chopped with chopped canned or cooked fresh shrimp, diced green pepper, chives and salad dressing. MO OM OO DEVILLED RING OPEN-FACED SANDWICH Slice hard-cooked eggs, remove yolks, mash and season with salad dressing and desired seasonings. Place sliced whites on rounds of buttered bread. Fill centres with egg yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, parsley, sliced olives or canned pimiento. Note: For a colourful effect tint egg white rings by soaking a few minutes in water or pickle vinegar tinted with food colouring. Drain well. 18
