CREAMED CHICKEN FOR PATTIES Beryl Tutte i/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. creamo 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped pimento 2 tospe margarine 1-1/2 c. diced chicken 1-1/2 c. cream sauce 1 egg yolk Saute mushrooms and green pepper in margarine. Combine sauce, creamo, pimento, chicken, salt and pepper to taste. B eat egg yolk and add to mixture. CHICKEN CACCLATORE May Oliver 1 med. onion, minced salt and pepper to. taste 1/2 green pepper, minced 1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 garlic clove, minced 1-1/2 c. diced celery 1 bay leaf 1 20 oz. can Italian tomatoes 1/2 tsp. oregano Sherry 1 broiler or fryer (approx. 2-1/2 to 3 lbs. -—— cut up) B yrown onion, pepper and garlic. Add seasonings. Add chicken and brown well. Add mushrooms and celery and enough sherry to cover chicken. Cover pan and simmer for about 20 min. Add tomatoes and simmer 20 min. serve with rice or spaghetti.
