Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2tsp. salt, pepper Drain salmon liquid into small pan, add onion, pepper and garlic, cook until tender. Combine flaked salmon, rice, milk, slightly beaten egg. yolks and seasoning. Stir in liquid and onion, garlic and pepper mixture. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold into salmon mixture. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for about 45 minutes or until loaf is firm in center. Serve with cheese, tomato or celery sauce. Geraldine McDermott MANDARIN ORANGE TUNA CASSEROLE 1 can mushroom soup lc. sliced celery 1/4 c, water 1/2 c. salted cashew nuts 2c. Chow Mein noodles 1/4 c. chopped onion lc. tuna 1 can Mandarin orange sections pepper Combine soup and Chow Mein noodles, tuna, celery, nuts, onion and pepper. ‘Toss lightly. Place in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. To serve garnish with orange sections.
