Brown ground beef or meat in butter. Add remaining ingredients, adding macaroni last. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. I make this in an electric frypan instead of oven.
