Cut into large rounds. Put jam (your favorite kind) onto one round, then place a second round on top of this. Press edges together with a fork and prick the top round. Mix a little sugar with milk to brush the tops. Bake at 350-370 degrees until done. This pastry may be used for butter tarts.
