Worcester sauce 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. chili powder Mrs. Maureen Hardy YORKSHIRE PUDDING 2 eggs l cup flour 1 cup milk 2 tbsp. fat from roast % tep. salt ff Remove roast from oven and increase oven temperature to 450°F. Place 2 tbsp. fat in open baking dish an place in oven to get very hot. Beat eggs well, add salt and milk and beat thoroughly. Add flour, con- tinuing to beat for 5 minutes. Pour mixture quickl into hot fat and bake at 450° for 40 - 45 minutes until nicely puffed and a rich golden brown. Serve immediately. Mrs. L. McMurray LEMONADE CONCENTRATE 4 lemons —- juice and grated rind 4 cups sugar 2 cups boiling water L022. Citric acid Pour boiling water over juice, rind and sugar. When cool, add citric acid.
