Grieve CORN MEAL SOUFFLE 2c. milk 3 Tbsp. grated cheese 1/2 c. corn meal 3 beaten egg yolks 1 tsp. salt 3 beaten egg whites 1 Tbsp. butter Heat milk to boiling point. Sift in corn meal, add salt, and cook like cereal. Add butter and egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Pour into buttered dish, placed in pan of hot water. Bake in medium oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.
