Drain and seal in jars with the syrup drained and heated to
boiling point.

1-5 1b. basket of 12 medium onions
reen tomatoes 4 large red peppers -
1 large cabbage core removed
1 bunch celery 2 large green peppers -

core removed

Chop all above ingredients very small.

1 Tbsp. salt; 1 tsp. turmeric; 1 tsp. curry; 2 Tbsp. mustard
seed; 2 cups vinegar; 4 cups brown sugar. Boil all ingredients
for one hour.

Mix 2 tablespoons flour and water to make a paste, add to pot
and mix well. Put mixture in jars, and seal, hot.
