BOILED SALAD DRESSING Mrs, M. Stokes
lc. white or brown sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch

2 Tbsp. butter ltsp, flour

6 eggs l tsp. mustard

le, vinegar Le, milk

ltsp. salt

Cook in double boiler. Beat well when cooked. This makes
I qt. of dressing,

FRENCH DRESSING

1/2 ce. Crisco oil 1/2 tsp. mustard
3/4 c, sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 ce. vinegar Dash of paprika

1/2 ec. catsup

Mix all ingredients together in quart jar. Shake well each
time dressing is used. Adda whole clove and small stick
cinnamon, Very good on tossed green salad.

HAM GLAZE Norma Graham

3c, brown sugar 3 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. flour

Moisten with white vinegar. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20
minutes or until glaze threads from spoon, Baste during
cooking and as ham cools. This recipe sufficient for 10 lb.
ham.
