Possess that Sum on Entering Canada.

------------------Ottawa, Nov. 27.--(Special.)--Mr. R. G. Macpherson; M. D. R. for
Vancover[Sic], has the promise of an order in Council to effectually deal with
the Hindu immigration problem by the insertion of a clause requiring a
reasonable cash qualification for all intending immigrants before they are
admitted to the country. The figure mentioned is $500.
