Mix above ingredients and put in mold or pan. B ake 30 min. at 350F. While this is cooking, combine: 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/3 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. orange juice 1/4 c. molasses Cook, stirring, for 10 min. or until slightly thick. S poon half over meat loaf and continue cooking for another 30 min. or until rich golden brown, basting often with remaining sauce. PORCUPINES Maidie Petroski 2 lbs. hamburger salt 1/2 c. unwashed long grain rice 1 large can tomatoes 2 med. onions worcestershire sauce Work first four ingredients together; form into small balls. Drop into the tomatoes, and add a bit of sauce. Cover and let simmer just over one hour, turning meatballs once.
