Stir in the 2/3 cup milk and salad oil, stirring lightly with fork until blended. Pat mixture on the back of a greased 9 inch layer cake pan. Bake in same oven with meat for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Lift meat out on to a heated serving plate and top with biscuit; cut into wedges. Serve with vegetable sauce. Vegetable Sauce: 1 can condensed cream of vegetable soup with % cup milk and a few drops red pepper seasoning just until bubbly. !
